Using synergies with Akzo Nobel's organic synthesis strengths we have developed significant capabilities in the field of ligands, single-site catalysts and metallocenes.

Our experience includes commercial scale manufacturing of selected (custom-made) complex organic ligands, single-site catalysts, and metallocenes. We actively utilize the synergies offered by our in-house metal alkyls and aluminoxanes development and production.

Building on the above strengths, Akzo Nobel Polymer Chemicals has increased activities in the production of specialty organic molecules used in the polymerization industry.

In addition to our custom-production activities, we also offer selected non-proprietary metallocenes such as titanocene dichloride (TDC).
