The main business of SBU HPS is organic peroxides sold to major manufacturers of thermoplastic resins such as PVC, LDPE, polypropylene, EPS and acrylic resins. It includes some non-polymer markets such as pharmaceutical and agricultural chemical intermediates. The product line is complex with over 50 products (plus formulations) produced in nine locations around the world. Products are hazardous relative to handling, transportation, and storage. 
The majority of sales are made direct via our BU PC sales force.

The AFSA business is antifouling agents, suspending agents, and antifoaming agents sold mostly to the PVC industry and to a lesser extent to the styrenics industry. The product line consists of over 15 products (plus formulations), produced in Italy and exported worldwide. The AFSA Products are non-hazardous.
Sales are handled directly by our BU PC sales force directly to our end customers.
